MADE IN DENMARK: What's the problem, thought Sanne Ytting when she planned to open arestaurant in New York - but she got wiser. It is amazing how complicated it is to get permission to open a restaurant in New York.
The authorities made it difficult for Sanne Ytting - and it took her more than ayear just to find the right location.
On the other hand, she got off to a good start when Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary stopped by and opened the restaurant.
