Jyske Bank's Auditorum Raises its Voice
When designing a new multi-purpose conference room, Jyske Bank in Denmark wanted to create a space with perfect acoustics - one that never required any microphones, cables or AV setup. That's when they turned to Meyer Sound in California to help install a Meyer Constellation system.
The Constellation sound system is often used in big concert halls, theaters and in connection with with shows like Cirque de Soleil. In this installation, the system is used for its voice-lift capabilities. which means that no matter where one person stands in a room and no matter how loudly the speak, they can always be heard by their audience. Using a complex series of algorithms specific to each of the systems speakers and microphones, acoustics are automatically adjusted to account for things like the number of people in the room, the desired use and the amount of ambient noise.
The result is a room that can be used for any type of meeting - big or small - or any other event: From parties to the company choir practice, with perfectly adjusted acoustics.
