For the last 20 years he has been helping companies try to understand one basic truth: that what you do to your customers is far more important then what you say to them.

At the Next Conference in Aarhus, Denmark, David explained what the future supermarket might look like in the future and explained why shops like the Apple Retail Stores earn so much more per square foot than all other large chains.
